And there are Achievements for killing and capturing the kingpins, as well as for the henchmen, if you're interested in those.īasically do one henchman every day, and every time you get 5 contracts, unlock another kingpin and do that mission as well. In addition to (eventually) allowing you to pile up contracts faster, unlocking and running kingpin missions will get you better rep items, so you can build up your BBA rep faster. Prices tend to vary pretty wildly, both from server to server, and even day to day or hour to hour, especially while the event is going on. OTOH, if you're impatient, you can always buy completed contracts from other players, either directly or off the GTN. And after that, you can continue to collect 13 more per week, while they are still getting only 7 per week. If you do it right (see spoiler), after 7 weeks you will have more contracts by doing kingpins and henchmen, than someone who only does henchmen - including the cost of unlocking the kingpins. And it may seem like a waste to unlock the Kingpins, since it costs 5 contracts to unlock each one, and you still only get one completed contract for the kingpin missions, but in the long run, you can actually earn more contracts, faster, by unlocking them. (There are 8 Kingpins, but 2 are available only to Republic characters and 2 are only for Imperial characters, so a character can only do 6 kingpins plus 7 henchmen per week). If you unlock all available kingpins for your faction, a character can complete 13 contracts during the week. Each specific Kingpin can only be done once per week, per character. You can do one henchman contract, and one Kingpin contract, per character, per day.
